Small Private Offices & Fixed Desks
Price per Fixed Desk: £225 + VAT per Month
Price: £1,350 + VAT per month for a six person Private Office
Small Private offices with excellent views are available on 7th Floor. This floor has a communal kitchen and meeting rooms.
Fixed Desks are located on a dedicated space across half the 7th floor with fantastic views to central London.
Medium Private Offices
Size: 400 to 1,100 sq ft
Price: Starting at £1,750 + VAT per month
Offices for 8 up to 30 are available
Small to medium size Private offices are available on 2nd, 3rd Floor and 9th floor. These floors have a communal kitchen and meeting rooms.
4th Floor
Size: 2,500 sq ft
Price: £7,500 + VAT per month
Capacity up to 50
This is for a shared space with another tenant working in sustainability. This could be divided into a private space if required.
There is the option for you to make the space your own with individual branding or changes to the layout.
5th Floor
Size: c.3,000 sq ft
Price: £9,000 + VAT per month
Capacity up to 50: £180 pppm

The Youth Entrepreneurship Hub
The 1st f floor supports young people aged 16-30 at every stage of their business. The floor includes a co-working space, dedicated desks and a music studio.
We are looking for young entrepreneurs and youth organisations working in Lambeth. Apply to us directly to use the space for Youth Organisations or Young People; don't hesitate to get in touch with us via email.
6th Floor
Community Initiatives
Space is available free of charge for local charities, non-profits and social enterprises. Organisations must be based in Lambeth or deliver programs which directly benefit Lambeth Residents.
After an initial over-subscribed open call, we are now accepting applications for hot desk space.

8th Floor Fabric Floor
Partners Assemble have launched the Fabric Floor; a workspace dedicated to fashion and textiles. The Fabric Floor is designed to support a range of practitioners and organisations from different backgrounds, and at different stages in their development.
All tenants will have 24/7 shared access to a 19m² classroom, kitchenette and maintained workshop with communal machinery and 1.5 x 3m work table at Fabric Floor.
