All prices include business rates, service charge, utilities, reception with delivery and post collection, high speed WiFi and internet, access to shared kitchens, unlimited access to meeting rooms, free use of ground floor event space, and access to rooftop space over summer. 1 month notice period on all Fixed Desks, Pods and Private Offices.

1st Floor
The Youth Entrepreneurship Hub
The floor is run by our partner, Business Launchpad, a youth entrepreneurship charity that supports young people aged 16-30 at every stage of their business.
They are looking for young entrepreneurs and youth organisations working in Lambeth, you can apply here to use the space if Youth Organisations and here for Young People or contact brixton@businesslaunchpad.org.uk.
The floor includes co-working space, dedicated desks and a music studio. For more information on the floor visit the Tenants page!
2nd Floor
Photography Services
Partner Photofusion are a photographic services charity who have been based in Brixton since 1991. Their floor includes a range of activities including a Gallery space, Dark Rooms, Classrooms and a Digital Print studio.

6th Floor
Community Initiatives
Space is available free of charge for local charities, non profits and social enterprises. Organisations must be based in Lambeth or deliver programs which directly benefit Lambeth Residents.
After an initial over subscribed open call we are now accepting applications for hot desk space. For more details please click the button below.
8th Floor
Fabric Floor
Partners Assemble have launched the Fabric Floor; a workspace dedicated to fashion and textiles. The Fabric Floor is designed to support a range of practitioners and organisations from different backgrounds, and at different stages in their development.
All tenants will have 24/7 shared access to a 19m² classroom, kitchenette and maintained workshop with communal machinery and 1.5 x 3m work table at Fabric Floor.
