3Space opened London's largest affordable workspace in Brixton in Autumn 2018. A home for entrepreneurs unlike any other - facilitated by our BuyGiveWork initiative where space is given away when space is bought. The building is spread over 12 storeys, with four new Give Hubs for Brixton, a rooftop bar and health studio, and all the trimmings you expect from a professional workspace. We’re looking for startups and young businesses who want to join us to accelerate their growth whilst taking an active role in the community around them.
Affordable space retains diversity, is more inclusive and drives innovation - you can read about why we think it's so important for cities here. Also, for businesses at embryonic stage saving on rent can make all the difference and for those with funding this is an extension to your runway. Across 55k sq ft we have a range of options to suit all budgets, with fixed desks and private offices of different sizes available. At this scale you're going to want to be here.
We're looking for businesses which are purpose driven - they want to grow in a way that benefits their stakeholders and society. Our BuyGiveWork initiative means that space is given away when space is bought, so instead of ‘free’ beer your rent goes to supporting those that are too often priced-out - creating four new 'Give Hubs' with space for Community Initiatives, Youth Entrepreneurship, a Textiles Studio and Experiments. You'll have the opportunity to work, learn and interact with the Give Hubs, but also to meet the wider community that surrounds the building.
We're building a design and tech cluster in Brixton and want you to be a part of it. We already have a diverse mix of tech veterans, architects, artists, and creative businesses onboard and want to build on the ecosystem that is already in place in Brixton, recently bolstered by the relocation of Squire and Partners.

Up until early 2018 International House was used by around 600 Council staff from Lambeth Council’s Children and Young People’s Services. As part of Council’s rationalisation of its office buildings these staff recently moved into the refurbished Lambeth Town Hall and new Civic Centre on Brixton Hill. International House remains in Council ownership and has been earmarked for redevelopment after 5 years as part of the Brixton Central masterplan. 3Space’s interim activity will play a part in informing these future regeneration plans. We are delighted to be working with Lambeth Council on this project which will create space for 850 jobs in the heart of Brixton and provide access to opportunities for all in the community.
