3Space International House
3Space opened London's largest affordable workspace in Brixton in Autumn 2018. A home for entrepreneurs unlike any other - facilitated by our BuyGiveWork initiative where space is given away when space is bought. The building is spread over 12 storeys, with five new Give Hubs for Brixton and all the trimmings you expect from a professional workspace.

Across 65,000 sq ft we have a range of options to suit all budgets, with fixed desks and private offices of different sizes available, and a co-working and social space open to all on the upper floors (coming soon)
Purpose driven with BuyGiveWork
Businesses here are purpose driven - they want to grow in a way that benefits their stakeholders and society. Our BuyGiveWork initiative means that space is given away when space is bought, so your rent goes to providing space for those that are too often priced-out - creating new 'Give Hubs' with space over five floors for community initiatives, youth entrepreneurship, a textiles workshop and photography studios. You'll have the opportunity to work, learn and interact with the Give Hubs, but also to meet the wider community that surrounds the building. Each employee dedicates an hour of their time a month to supporting others in the building, often through skill sharing, attending an event or mentoring.
Building History and Working with Lambeth Council
Up until early 2018 International House was used by around 600 Council staff from Lambeth Council’s Children and Young People’s Services. As part of Council’s rationalisation of its office buildings these staff recently moved into the refurbished Lambeth Town Hall and new Civic Centre on Brixton Hill. International House remains in Council ownership and has been earmarked for redevelopment after 5 years as part of the Brixton Central masterplan. 3Space’s interim activity will play a part in informing these future regeneration plans. We are delighted to be working with Lambeth Council on this project which will create space for 850 jobs in the heart of Brixton and provide access to opportunities for all in the community.

We believe diversity and inclusiveness are what makes cities great. That affordable space provides opportunities for local-led innovation and growth, whilst integrating great businesses and non-profits into the regeneration process.
Our BuyGiveWork initiative is the first to apply the Buy One = Give One approach to property. Businesses buy space, 3Space give space away to local non-profits and experimental projects, and the result is a better workplace - one that is representative of the area whilst fostering new types of uses and technologies.
